A weekly class booked in blocks of 4 or 5. Suitable for complete beginners. Here we work on the basic skills such as rolls, cartwheels and round offs with a higher focus on the techniques so that people can learn over a period of time. Great for anybody who wants to start from the beginning and learn in a fun, friendly environment with others of a similar ability level.

Have daytime availability rather than evenings? Want to train one skill in particular but need a little help? Trying to create a routine but need an outside eye? Want to try aerial trapeze, straps or pole? Or just want one-to-one attention? Book a session  with Rachel to help with whatever you need help with.

Have Rachel make a plan and visit you in your own space to work on whatever you want. This can be in real life or online depending on your proximity and time constraints.

Weekly Classes held at Kingswood Gymnastics centre

Come and join our half taught/half free-time, floor acrobatics sessions to learn new skills and practice older ones. Coaches will lead a warm up, stretch, conditioning and basic tumbles and then you are free to use the air track, crash mats and sprung floor in this amazing facility.

Best suited to people who have some experience but beginner participants welcome. Please get in touch to talk about your goals and fitness level before booking.
