Service Description
A beginners specific introduction to how we use our bodies in space to learn how to roll in various directions, how to learn the basic movements like round offs, bridges, walkovers and flicks so you can impress your friends and family at the next social gathering! This course is for anyone wanting to join in the group classes but is not sure if they are ready for solo work yet, or not quite sure what their aims are yet. With taught breakdowns of all the moves, Rachel will give you all the tools you need to get those moves down and progressing onto the more complicated moves very soon. We will learn gymnastics floor work, a bit of capoeira skills, some dance moves and a few partner exercises as well as all the conditioning required to make your body do what its supposed to do to make these moves more efficient.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the block you can get your money back or swap to a later block date. If it’s less than 48 hours away from the class you won’t get your money back as will already have paid for the space hire and made lesson plans for the block
