At Adult Acrobatics at Home, experience expert coaching from Master Rae, an acrobatics instructor with 30 years of experience and 8 years teaching at Circomedia in Bristol. Our classes focus on conditioning and technique in a well-equipped hall featuring mirrors, walls, and mats. Enjoy a fun yet challenging full-body workout designed for all skill levels—come flip your perspective with us!

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 48 hours before the block you can get your money back or swap to a later block date. If it’s less than 48 hours away from the class you won’t get your money back as will already have paid for the space hire and made lesson plans for the block

At Adult Acrobatics At Home, we understand that a certain amount of risk is inherent with participation in acrobatics, tumbling and partner acrobatics activities. We therefore require all participants of our open classes to sign a Liability Waiver prior to their first class. This waiver is intended to release our coaches and staff from any liability for injury or death that may occur during the course of the class. By signing this waiver, all participants agree to accept the risks of participating in acrobatics, tumbling and partner acrobatics activities. Furthermore, all participants agree to hold AAAH and its coaches harmless for any liability that may arise from their participation in the class.
