Want to work on your flexibility? Finally get that handstand to hold? Improve a specific move like a walkover or flick? Or just have a regular session where you can work on whatever you like. Rachel will cater each session to your goals and have you achieving them in no time! Available at Kingswood gymnastics in Bristol on Sundays or online any time during the week. Please get in touch to discuss a time and day that suits both of us before booking

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 48 hours before the block you can get your money back or swap to a later block date. If it’s less than 48 hours away from the class you won’t get your money back as will already have paid for the space hire and made lesson plans for the block

At Adult Acrobatics At Home, we understand that a certain amount of risk is inherent with participation in acrobatics, tumbling and partner acrobatics activities. We therefore require all participants of our open classes to sign a Liability Waiver prior to their first class. This waiver is intended to release our coaches and staff from any liability for injury or death that may occur during the course of the class. By signing this waiver, all participants agree to accept the risks of participating in acrobatics, tumbling and partner acrobatics activities. Furthermore, all participants agree to hold AAAH and its coaches harmless for any liability that may arise from their participation in the class.
